I read an e-mail that landed in my e-mail inbox and thought I would discuss the e-mail with you.
The article is all about weightloss NONSENSE. I agree with everything contained...which is not very often!
I really agree with:
Eat what you want!
Who are you trying to fool? When everyone is in bed, you raid the ice cream. Simply watch your portions! Eat what you want! Just don't drink Cocal-Cola one right after the other or eat 10 servings of potatoes!
Forget the scale!
Watch the pounds drop faster when you judge your weight by clothes. When the blue jeans start falling down, your body is going to say, "Hey, I like this!" If it does, you are going to know whatever is working to keep doing and not what you were doing when the clothes were too tight. Make sense?
Do activity that YOU like!
Don't do exercises that bore you. Do something you like! Even housework is counted as activity! Need inspiration? Browse YouTube for activity. I even wear a pedometer around my house! If you do not like what you are doing, you are just not going to succeed. Agree?
