Between working all day, eating on the run and having little time for fun and relaxation, it’s normal to feel exhausted. In addition, now that the holidays are approaching, it’s important to find time to recharge your mind and body to reduce stress in your life.

Here’s some tips to recharge your mind and body:

• Tip 1: Make a list of your accomplishments – Sit down and write down a list of your accomplishments. This can give you motivation and energy to move forward.

• Tip 2: Let go of past mistakes – Help let go of the past by focusing on your goals for the future.

• Tip 3: Meditate or pray – Meditation and prayer can help people find purpose in life.

• Tip 4: Write in a journal – Keeping a journal can help reduce stress by expressing your feelings and thoughts.

• Tip 5: Take a break from technology – Put your cell phone and social media on pause.

• Tip 6: Take a warm bath and use an exfoliating scrub – A warm bath can be relaxing, but if you use an exfoliating scrub, you will improve blood circulation, reduce stress and boost your energy.

• Tip 7: Exercise – Get up and move around for just 20 minutes can help you feel energized for hours.

• Tip 8: Get more sleep – Set up a sleep schedule by going to sleep and waking up at the same time every day.
