I don’t know anyone who doesn’t enjoy eating nutritious and healthy eggs. The best part about it is, you can eat eggs for any meal of the day. In addition, there are so many ways to cook healthy eggs.

Here’s 5 tips to cook healthy eggs:

• Tip 1 – Choose a low calorie cooking method – If you’re looking to cut back on calories, choose poached or boiled eggs.

• Tip 2 – Combine the eggs with vegetables – Add the vegetables of your choice into an omelet or scrambled eggs.

• Tip 3 – Fry the eggs in an oil that’s stable at high temperatures.

• Tip 4 – Choose the most nutritious eggs you can afford.

• Tip 5 – Don’t overcook the eggs – The longer and hotter you cook your eggs, the more nutrients you may lose in the process.

As you can see, eating eggs is generally healthy no matter which way you decide to cook and eat them. Whether you’re eating eggs for breakfast, lunch or dinner, you are going to be full and satisfied.
