Many people are suffering from health concerns, the loss of loved ones, divorce, job loss, etc. It is normal to hurt during these sometimes unexpected life experiences, but it is also important to find the strength to begin the healing process. Take small, but necessary steps in your journey of suffering, heartache or loss.

Here’s the steps to support the healing process:

• Step 1 – Making time and space for healing (Reflection, Meditate, Yoga, Exercise)

• Step 2 – Prioritizing your needs (Identify your needs and support network)

• Step 3 – Aligning with self-care (Being gentle and compassionate to your body)

• Step 4 – Practicing mindfulness (How are you feeling, Embracing the good and bad)

Striving for positive changes in your life will help you overcome the hurt and pain caused by the loss. In addition, making these important choices during this difficult time will help you move forward in a positive and productive way. Remember, you have a healer inside that will always speak to you.
