Do I need to tell you healthy?
My experience is that lately when I buy tortilla wraps, they fall apart. Does this ever happen to you? What do you do?
Having grown up on Italian bread, I love to have on Italian bread. As-long-as you have in moderation, you are not gorging. I do not find Italian bread to be unhealthy.
Personally, I like Acapulco Tuna Salad. The only different aspect is that you use crushed up corn chips with the tuna salad. I got the recipe from a JoAnna M. Lund cookbook called "Party Fare". Delicious on a bed of lettuce.
Experts say not to have more than two (2) cans of tuna per week. There is the risk of mercury poisoning if more than two (2). I know, bummer.
