There are people who swear by having a breakfast every morning. Are you like me and shake your head in disgust or envy?
If you are not hungry, prepare in advance with a brown bag breakfast to take with you.
According to the Mayo Clinic, if you are NOT hungry at all at first, drink a glass of 100% fruit juice to hold you over.
Personally, I would like have some iced coffee or hot coffee with a donut or a cookie, also.
What is perfect for me (a no breakfast person)? A glass of Slim-Fast. Full of nutrients and vitamins, creamy with a dose of calcium.
Don't panic. Take baby steps until becoming a habit!
