You just need to give those motions a good kick in the pants! Are you creative at something and it gives you that spark? Do you like to take care of that body normally? Do it!
For beginners, do something 5 to 10 minutes each day to clear up that mental and physical yuck. For example, clear the closet of unwanted clothing and shoes then donate the items. Action removes fear, worry and procrastination.
