I, personally, do not agree with every tip in the video, but maybe you just might. Maybe we can have a little discussion...
1. Take a bath the night before.
I agree. Taking a hot shower in the morning kind-of makes you even more tired.
2. Have a breakfast full of protein.
Suggested in the video is to have eggs, yogurt or cottage cheese. I disagree about protein for breakfast. I too was told to have lots of protein in my diet. So, I started having peanut butter in the morning. Makes me even more tired!
Suggested is to save carbs for late in the day. I disagree. Honey, I am a carb-lover. I can have carbs any time of day and be happy.
3. Drink herbal tea.
I disagree. If I am going to have tea in the morning, the tea is either going to be caffeinated black or caffeinated green. Personally, I think hot drinks are depressing. So, I drink iced coffee and iced tea every day.
