Simply, I think certain groceries should be stressed. Personally, I would buy pinto beans, black beans, kidney beans, corn, broth, spaghetti sauce, brown the beef. Throw in the crockpot and cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Easy, filling and nutritious!
Bananas? Personally, I feel they are empty calories. However, there are people who swear by them. I would buy peaches, canned, froze or fresh. Also, I think canned or froze mixed fruit is good. I would simply buy economically, right?
