Anger (3)      Aggression (1)
Dealing With Angry People is an article by Greatist.com that I received in my e-mail in-box and thought I would share with you.

angry man

Whether a co-worker, family member, friend or stranger, believe me, I know anger hurts.

What was not stated in the article, is something I learned from Joyce Meyer. She teaches that if you are in a disagreement, simply say "I am sorry", even if you are not the one at fault. This usually calms the situation. Would you rather want the anger to progress? Probably not. Remember... Hurting people hurt people.

You need to vent. Do not bottle this up inside. Is there anyone you can talk to?

Do something good for yourself. Aggression is not healthy. Drink 8 cups of good, pure and clean water a day, fix your favorite meals, get in some exercise and get some sun. Have you ever prayed?

For more professional advice, read the above Greatist.com article. Feel a million times better.
